I got extremely annoyed with the necro nerf.. I spent my last 25k on armor and runes for my necro, buying a totem axe and a -50hp grim cesta. I now only have 300 gold and am struggling to get anymore. I am not going back to my warrior that has gotten stuck on THK and I don't wanna go through making a new character.

I also don't have enough money to buy new armor for my necro... I only made him about 3 days ago and I was trying to learn how to use him.

Good grief, some people have to cry about everything... I really like the update. A lot of the skills were buffed, AI and henches are now smarter than before, there's a new dye system (WHITE DYE people, come on), armor changes that I kind of like, etc.

I don't see anything that was nerfed so far, I wish people would stop sounding the nerf alarm everytime something changes. Wow, these things are what people were asking for, and now everyone cries. Personally, I never enjoyed farming that much anyway, but who knows, maybe arenanet has a better way of making money in nightfall. I could care less if trolls now run away more often, or any enemy mob for that matter. The henchmen now react different too, and you can control them. So much good outweighs the bad imo.

You don't see anything nerfed because you probably don't have much of a clue as to the way things were before..

...wow white dye, big woop, because WHITE armor will make you keeeel faster! ZOMG....
/end sarcasm

Or maybe he knows that the smart people will adapt while the dumb-dumbs leave (hopefully after giving me their stuff).

Smart ones will adapt & overcome.
Attention seekers will post up new builds on the forums.
Uncreative people, slackers & farmer will be glued to the forums searching for new builds.
I'll be having fun doing my own thing like I usually do anyhow. The only builds I've really ever got from forums was cyclone axe & wurm build when I was first trying to learn how to earn gold to buy some max 1.5k armor & a 16/+30/5-20% shield from a crafter.

So far have only really tested some farming.. I still have at least one spot that works ALMOST like normal. It's also where I get the most stuff and gold so yay for me. Haven't tested much in regular playing, but my gf loves the bigger number for damage (she has vidion issues and she can finally read the flying numbers).

As for the damage count thing.. With the change to Spirit Bond, it could be important knowing when that 10th hit happens.
Wanting some brown dyes to see if I can get a closer to skin tone color on my monk's tat armor. Also hoping that SS isn't blown up too much.. I haven;t farmed with my necro, but do use the skill in regular play a lot along with Mark of Pain.

All in all I think it'd a great update, but think they need to take a bit better look at some of the the things that mobs now consider AoE. They might have overdone that just a wee bit.

Does this mean all those tightly packed Jade Brotherhood caster are gonna scatter when I hit them with choking gas? Hey that works... kinda hard to cast and run at the same time....lol

well, the only thing I am unhappy about with the update is the change of the skill smite from an attack to a spell. It was the only skill I had that I could use on someone who had spell breaker on, now its nerfed......had to figure it would be at some point.
And, ok, 2nd point, dyes not stacking.....but guess that just means I need to use all the old dye before I use the new ones.....wish they would make dye storage!
